No, ConsoleMAD is just a little hobby site that I run from home. However, like any shop, I will try and keep any customers happy.

The site is based in the UK.

For all countries, I accept Paypal as the main method of payment.

For UK and Ireland Customers, I also accept Cheques and Postal Orders

You don’t actually need a PayPal account in order to place an order – they are just the payment processor.

During the checkout process, simply enter your card details when prompted.

Postage is calculated based on Royal Mail’s own prices plus a small amount to cover my packaging costs.

There is also a flat-rate UPS option for heavier orders.

If, during the shopping cart process, you are not presented with any postage options to choose from, this is usually down to the weight of the item(s) you are looking to order

Unfortunately, posting orders over 2kg overseas gets expensive very quickly, so orders of this size cannot be processed via the cart. If you’re interested in ordering a lot of items or something bulky, drop me a line and perhaps we can work something out.

Yes. I ship pretty much anywhere in the world.
As this site is primarily focused on retro games, at least 95% of the items on the site are pre-owned. I do occasionally have some unused items and some of the modern games are in mint condition but if you are still in any doubt, be sure to read the item description and check the photograph and if you’re still unsure, drop me a line and I can provide extra detail and photos if required.
Yes. Everything you see in the shop part of the site is for sale and available. If someone places an order for something, the shopping cart software automatically removes it from the site stock to prevent someone else ordering it.

So, at any one time, there may be the occasional item showing as unavailable as that means I’m currently processing an order for it – everything else though I have to hand.

Royal Mail’s ‘International Tracked & Signed’ offers parcel tracking and a signature on arrival, but their service varies according to the destination country.
